Preschool children are eager and inquisitive learners. Here at LCP we foster this love of learning through the use of a thematic, play-based curriculum within a Christ centered environment.  Children are presented with developmentally appropriate experiences and activities that allow them to grow and learn in all developmental  areas. Children have the opportunity to learn from peer to peer interactions, small and large group experiences, and one on one instruction with our teachers.

Twos
Children in this class are encouraged to explore and learn about their world through centers and outdoor play. They also have developmentally appropriate teacher led activities such as read aloud and circle time. Basic academic concepts such as color and shape recognition are introduced.

Threes
Children in this class are growing in their independence and continue learning through exploration, guided instruction by teachers. An emphasis is placed on academic skills such as letter and number recognition.

Fours
Children in this class are encouraged to grow in their academic skills and school readiness. Children have the opportunities for positive learning experiences that will lay the foundation of a lifelong love of learning.
 
Enrichment Activities
Lilburn Christian Preschool is happy to offer weekly enrichment activities. Children have the opportunity to participate in music and movement classes, story times with a church librarian, a science discovery class, and a weekly chapel service.

Special Events
​Our school holds special events throughout the year including a Thanksgiving Festival, a Christmas Program, Pastries with Parents, and Picnic and Popsicles -just to name a few.  We love having our families come and join us at school!
